Michael J. Coman is President and CEO of The Human Resource Group, Inc. Mike has more than 25 years of diverse business experience, focused primarily in Human Resources and the Executive Search field, both as a Corporate Executive and a Consultant. Prior to founding HRG 20 years ago he held HR Leadership roles at Eaton Corporation, The Dexter Corporation and Alside, Inc.

Mike is well known for his Executive Search skills and securing "Transformational Leadership for World-Class Organizations."

Brenda Snyder is our Cheif Operating Officer. She has over 20 years of Human Resource experience in Fortune 200 corporations such as Qwest Communications, Honeywell International and Humana Corporation and held key leadership roles of national and international scope in Strategic Planning, Executive Staffing, Human Resource Management and Organizational Design & Quality. Brenda also has a proven track record of assisting business leaders to identify 'High-Potential' individuals who demonstrate significant success in moving organizations to the highest possible levels of performance. Brenda also heads our OD/OE Consulting Services practice and holds a degree in business administration from Regis University.

Donna Franz is a Search Consultant who brings over 25 years of experience in National and International Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Training and Leadership Development, and General Management to the Human Resources Group. Donna held leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies Ameritech, U S West and Qwest. Donna’s experience includes staffing executive level positions in Product Development, Innovation, Leadership Development, Talent Management and Organizational Design. She earned her MBA from the University of Denver.

Sue Oberliesen joined the Human Resource Group with over 9 years of previous experience with an award-winning design firm in the role of Recruiter and Director of Internship Programs. In this role, she was responsible for managing and coordinating all recruiting and hiring efforts for nine U.S. offices. Sue has a strong understanding of the corporate environment, and her background in research, technical and corporate recruiting for diverse departments within a company, including human resources, IT, marketing, design, and management teams allow her to partner effectively with clients and candidates to ensure qualified matches. Sue holds a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a master’s degree from the University of Virginia.

Vanessa Coman is a successful Research Associate with over 3 years experience sourcing best-in-class Transformational Leadership. Vanessa is attending Kent State University and is pursing a career in early childhood education.
